Housing Programs

California communities are faced with the challenge of providing sufficient housing opportunities for the state’s growing population. A fundamental purpose of redevelopment is to expand the supply of low to moderate income housing to strengthen neighborhoods, and meeting these needs is increasingly difficult in these economic times. The County of San Bernardino Redevelopment Agency is committed to providing affordable housing to increase the supply of decent and safe housing. The Agency is currently offering programs tailored to meet the individual needs of San Bernardino County residents in our project areas. These programs include both rehabilitation loans and grants to increase and improve housing conditions. This site provides information about the Agency’s housing programs and how you can access this affordable housing.
