Commercial Real Estate Guides
The following guides are developed by the Economic Development Agency as site selection resources for those seeking to locate or invest in the County. Each guide features a sample database of available properties with a brief description and contact information.
Industrial Properties Guide
With easy access to the seaports of Los Angeles and Long Beach, convenient freeway and rail connections, and large air cargo airports, San Bernardino County is your gateway to the dynamic economy of Southern California and a great base of operations for those involved with Pacific Rim trade. LA/Ontario International Airport is the UPS West Coast Air Hub and major freight carriers offer convenient air cargo service.
Available industrial spaces in Los Angeles, Orange and San Diego counties are between 40% (for warehouses/distribution) to more than 100% (for R&D/flexible spaces) more expensive than in the Riverside-San Bernardino metro area. Lower vacancy rates in these coastal counties also mean fewer choices in general. Industrial spaces in the County of San Bernardino tend to be more modern, have better amenities and feature easier access to major highways and arteries.
Office Properties Guide
With a local market of 23 million people and GDP of $1 trillion (3-hour drive), San Bernardino County is your gateway to the dynamic economy of Southern California and a great base of operations for those involved with Pacific Rim trade. Here you can enjoy lower lease rates than anywhere else in Southern California. Various airlines at LA/Ontario International Airport offer convenient air passenger service to major destinations in the U.S.
Retail Properties Guide
Thanks to being the most affordable places to live in Southern California, San Bernardino County has seen dramatic population growth in the past two decades. This means tremendous opportunities for retailers of all types. Many of the retail properties are also
mapped out for viewing online
(no additional software is required).
