Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDs)
The County’s Vision Project was an undertaking of the County Board of Supervisors and San Bernardino Associated Governments (SANBAG). The Vision Statement was adopted by the County of San Bernardino Board of Supervisors, June 30, 2011. Consistent with U.S. Department of Commerce Economic Development Administration Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) guidelines, the Vision Statement responds to the analysis of San Bernardino County’s development potential and problems, and provided a framework for the goals and objectives that are the basis of the CEDS action plan.
