Unincorporated Communities

The County currently consists of over 60 unincorporated communities located throughout the County’s valley, mountain, and desert regions.  Many of these communities offer tourism destinations and include natural sites and resources.  There are also shopping center properties available in these communities, with more information available under Opportunities.  For more information about the demographic, community, and employment characteristics of the unincorporated communities as a whole, please see the Unincorporated Area Profile, as provided in 2011 by the Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG).
