Online Employment Services

San Bernardino County Workforce Development Department has two online employment services.  You may access these at the County's three Employment Resource Centers or at any computer.  Registration into the first system (CSB-WIN) is required to access all the features in both systems.

Please register to access the full array of services:
  • Find local jobs, including some not listed in national databases (and thus not found by the new Job Finder system shown below)
  • Explore different careers with evaluation tools to help you find suitable occupations
  • Information on unemployment services (e.g., eligibility, filing for UI benefits, etc.)
  • Information on community services (e.g., healthcare, welfare, nutrition, financial assistance, etc.)
  • Find education & training resources
  • Create résumé and cover letters
  • Prepare a budget analysis and financial plans
  • Labor market, economic, and demographic data
  • Special services for youth, seniors, and veterans

Note: Please register in CSB-WIN first to get your username and password which you will need to access this system.

A new supplemental system to help jobseekers:
  • Find "highly compatible" occupations based on your previous jobs and interests
  • Evaluate the differences between the two occupations
  • Find educational courses to bridge the difference in the former and new occupations
  • Find local job listings for both the old and the new occupations
